All orders are received in real-time. That means, as soon as you submit our order we are notified immediately. 

We review your order and ACCEPT or REJECT it.

Please note the delivery period and/or schedule confirmation. Proceed to payment. We will start your meal preparation and call you as soon as possible. If this is your first order we will call you as soon as we can to confirm your address. If you are a return customer, we may proceed direct to kitchen preparation and contact you just before dispatch. Please don't worry, if we have confirmed your order via the system we are preparing your meal :D


This could mean:

1) some items you ordered are not available. In this regard, we will contact you within a few minutes and discuss this with you.

2) we are really busy and cannot accept your order at this time. We sincerely apologise for this and we may not have time to call you back immediately. We do apologise if this happens to you - this is rare, but we want to inform you of this possibility.
